I am going into my 44th year in education with 17 years as a high school history teacher, 5 years as a middle school English teacher, and 11 as an administrator. My admistrative jobs included principalships at every level as well as a director of instruction job. Since leaving the system I have devoted my time to work with teachers through graduate classes, insevices, mentoring for two years with teachers in Osceola implementing Brain Based Learning through Multiple Intelligences. This summer I will be co-facilitating a seventh Masters Program with a laptop community in Rice Lake Kimberly and Pulaski.

Hi Dave...I taught a class in coaching last spring in Kimberly and I had Peter Kittle come over and present... what a class act...I also took a summertime class at Valley Forge with Dick Sheehan...I think that's all my Brillion connections.Thanks for sharing and putting up with all the emails with instrucions...barney
Hi everyone..We are waiting for one more student to sign on...but I know her so I will welcome the rest...As you may know or be able to tell, this is my first time with an online class...This is a little more manageable than the other that has 23 in the class...With seven of you I hope to be able to converse more often and make more personal rather than general comments...such as... Heidi and Terri...I too was at the Brewer-Cub games ( Miller Park)...I am a baseball nutand still play a lot of softball...and John, I too coach ...I was a head basketball coach for 27 years and I am now a volunteer coach for Rice Lake Varsity BB...Just go coach and no nasty parent letters, etc...I want to respond to your comments in the brain class regarding co-curriculars ...so watch for it...and Rachel it will be so interesting to have your perspective as a social worker...Anyway I look forward to working with you and anything you can do to help me get better at this, please give me suggestions..
